Our company based on the characteristics of medical waste, combined with mature rotary kiln incineration technology, and designed this medical waste treatment system. The basic process flow is: the whole incineration system is divided into two combustion chambers to achieve graded combustion. The kiln body of the primary combustion chamber can be rotated to transport waste and strengthen the mixing of heat and mass in the kiln, the rotational speed is about 0.5 ~ 1.0rpm, the residence time of the waste is about 0.5 ~ 1.5h, and the combustion temperature is guaranteed to be above 850℃. The feeding speed is controlled so that the volume of waste in the kiln accounts for 20% of the total volume. An appropriate amount of natural gas or diesel can be used as auxiliary fuel in the primary combustion chamber, and industrial combustible waste liquid can also be mixed. In the primary combustion chamber, reactions such as volatiles precipitation, cracking, partial combustion of combustible gas, burning of residual carbon and embers occur. The combustible gas generated from the primary combustion chamber enters the secondary combustion chamber, and a small amount of auxiliary fuel is injected into the secondary combustion chamber to maintain the combustion temperature of about 1100℃ in the furnace, and the residence time of the flue gas is sufficient (≧2 seconds); This can ensure the rapid and perfect reaction of combustible gas, and ensure the thermal reduction rate and destruction rate of waste. After the flue gas is removed from the secondary combustion chamber, it is discharged to the standard by the tail gas treatment system.
