Vertical preheater at kiln end
A vertical preheater is installed at the kiln end, so that the residual heat of flue gas at the kiln end of the rotary kiln with a temperature of about 900 ℃ is directly transferred to the materials, the temperature is reduced to about 200 ℃, and then enters the dust collector through the air outlet pipe, effectively recovering the residual heat;
Reduce length-diameter ratio
The length-diameter ratio of the rotary kiln is reduced to 14:15. The shortening of the length not only reduces the heat lost from the surface of the rotary kiln to the surrounding area, but also reduces the floor area of the rotary kiln. At the same time, the transmission power of the rotary kiln body is also reduced.
Vertical cooler instead of single cooler
The cooling device at kiln outlet uses a vertical cooler instead of the original single-barrel cooler to avoid the loss of sensible heat of the material. The hot material falling from the kiln head at about 1000 ℃ is cooled by the heat exchange with the blown secondary air, and the temperature is reduced to about 80 ℃, which is output through the vibration feeder. After the heat returns to the kiln, it becomes combustion supporting hot air. The waste heat is recycled again.
Integrated design of cooler and kiln head cover
The cooler and kiln head cover adopt integrated design, which ensures the sealing and avoids the random discharge of hot gas and dust.
High level of automation
The whole production line of the rotary kiln has a high degree of automation. The production operation of feeding, calcining and finished product transportation, equipment operation monitoring, regulation and alarm in the process are all controlled by the PLC control system in the centralized control room.
