working principle of Electric rotary kiln

The material to be burned is uniformly fed into the kiln barrel from the kiln head hopper through the feeding machine. Driven by the transmission device, the material moves forward along the axis of the barrel with the rotation of the barrel, and the copy plate turns the material over to make it calcined evenly. . The outer side of the kiln body is provided with a calcining chamber. The heat generated by calcination is transferred to the material through the kiln body, and the material is incinerated, decomposed, dried, calcined and roasted at high temperature. The calcined material is discharged from the unloading valve of unloading system, and is discharged or recycled after treatment.
