how does continuous carbonization kiln work?
The continuous carbonization kiln, feeder, flue gas purification system and cooler compose the carbonization plant.
After the continuous carbonization kiln works for about 2-3 hours (time and temperature are different), the carbon powder flows into the condenser from the furnace and flows out from the condenser. The carbonization kiln can carbonize raw materials continuously without interruption. The biggest advantage of the continuous carbonization kiln is that no flue gas emission and the combustible gas is recycled and reused.
When the continuous carbonization kiln is running, the material is fed into the carbonization kiln through the feeder, because the carbonization kiln is almost a closed space, which satisfies the condition of less oxygen, so that the material is dry distilled at a high temperature of more than 600 degrees inside the carbonization kiln, and carbonization process occurs. The carbonized material passes through the carbonization kiln to generate flue gas. After the flue gas purification system is concerned about the gas impurities such as wood tar fume, it is returned to the carbonization kiln for combustion, so that the thermal energy of the machine can run continuously to achieve the purpose of smoke-free, environmental protection, and continuous operation. Finally, the finished charcoal is transported by the cooler to cool down, so that the temperature of the charcoal is only 50-80 degrees when it comes out. It is also possible to add mist spray equipment to cool the charcoal for a second time, so as to achieve the goal of completely eliminating the fire source.
