how does 100tpd rotary kiln work?
This is a working flow based on a limestone rotary kiln, raw material only for reference.
The belt conveyor sends sized limestone from the last section into the bin at the top of the preheater, and a tremie pipe distributes the limestone inside the vertical preheater. After that, the limestone will be preheated by 1100℃ waste gas from the kiln tail, about30% limestone will be broken down in the preheater, the material passing through the preheater is pushed by the hydraulic push rod and enters the rotary kiln through the transfer chute. The material is roasted and decomposed in the rotary kiln, and the hot waste gas enters the preheater. After preheating the limestone, the exhaust gas is deducted by cyclone and bag filter, and then enters the atmosphere from the fume extractor. The roasted lime enters the cold zone, and then is sent to the finished product warehouse by the finished product belt conveyor. The cold air is heated while cooling the material in the cooler, enters the kiln through the kiln head cover, and is used as the secondary air for fuel combustion to roast the limestone. This rotary kiln uses coal powder as fuel.
