- Raw material pretreatment: The biomass raw material is crushed by a crusher to make its particle size suitable for carbonization treatment.
- Drying process: The moisture content of the raw materials is reduced to below 10% through a dryer to ensure the smooth progress of the subsequent carbonization process.
- Carbonization process: The dried biomass raw material is sent to a carbonization furnace and heated to 300 ° C to 500 ° C in an anaerobic or low oxygen environment for pyrolysis reaction to generate biochar.
- Cooling and collection: Carbonized biochar is cooled by a cooling system and automatically collected for subsequent packaging and use.
- Smoke purification: The smoke generated during the production process is filtered through multiple stages to ensure compliance with environmental emission standards.
- Energy recovery: The combustible gases generated during the carbonization process are recovered and reused as fuel, reducing energy consumption and achieving energy cycling.
